A Computer Literacy Cell has been functioning in the College since the last couple of years to make the student acclimatize with the changing Global Scenario. Prof. Pradita Ghosh, Lecturer in Chemistry was the 1st convenor of this cell now Prof. Dipyaman Pal, Lecturer in Economics, is officiating its activities. Almost 350 students of this college have participated in the Computer Literacy Programme which has been framed by the members of the Cell absolutely for this purpose. Computer Literacy classes have been held regularly and the level of proficiency attained by the students in such a short period is remarkable.
